Hey Reader,
I’ve been in the travel planning game for a while now. And the longer I do it, the more I feel like I need to remind you that I was a total newbie once, too.
And by newbie, I mean it.
The first time I planned a real trip on my own, I booked flights to Iceland. Honestly at the time I felt like I got a pretty decent deal on the flights. But looking back, I know I could have saved a lot more.
I was terrified I was spending way too much money, and especially panicked when we started driving in our rental car and saw the price of gas (about 3x the price in the U.S. at the time).
Sure, I did sone hunting for deals, but I didn’t have points or miles back then. I didn't even think it was worth it for someone like to try to earn them.
But that Iceland trip that cracked open something in me. Then learning how to plan better. Then discovering points and miles, and realizing I could travel way more affordably, without sacrificing the cool stuff.
Now I’ve gone from one overwhelmed planner to someone who helps others confidently plan epic, affordable adventures, without spending a fortune or using up all their PTO.
If you’re not quite there yet, I know you can get there too, Reader. I mean that.
In the meantime, I’d love for you to hit reply and tell me about your “first time” planning a big trip. What went well? What went totally off the rails? I love hearing your stories.
Talk soon,
Michelle

From a recent client who was planning a summer trip to Scandinavia -
With Michelle's help, I was able to see what value my points/miles truly held and even gain the confidence to transfer and book all on my own!
I was able to book 12 nights in various hotels with only $150 out of pocket with points and travel credit left over!
I really never imagined my points would go so far! I would highly recommend working with Michelle for any stage of your travel planning! Even for those that have been through the process before, you might not even realize what you could save!
